摘    要:为了克服传统煤炭检测中存在的人为因素干扰检测结果以及数据准确度差等问题,对煤炭检测数据采集系统进行开发和应用以适应现代煤炭检测实验室的自动化检测、信息化管理和智能化监管需求。结合开发应用技术环境、安全保障措施以剖析包括平台层、数据采集层、管理支持层、决策分析层的系统架构,系统功能模块设计包涵煤炭检测作业流程、资源管理、样品管理、质量控制管理、质量体系管理等方面,并结合系统特点及应用情况对检验数据传递流程进行优化及系统开发。煤炭检测数据采集系统在煤炭检测过程中可从采、制、化等生成全流程可溯源管控,实现煤炭检测过程盲样管理、结果自动计算、报告自动生成,提高了煤炭检测实验室的细化管理水平及减少人为因素干扰,能够为企事业单位提供及时、准确、可靠的煤炭数据支持。

Abstract:In order to overcome the problems such as interference of human factors and poor data accuracy in traditional artificial coal detection,the coal testing data collection system should be developed and applied to adapt the requirements of automatic test,information management and intelligent monitoring for modern coal testing laboratory.Combining with the aspects such as application technology environment,safety grantee measurements(including plat layer,data collection layer,management support layer,policies analysis layer),system function module designing(including coal testing process,resources management,sample management,quality control management,quality system management),and the system characteristics and application circumstances,the testing data transportation process was optimized and developed.Coal testing data collection system can realize the whole process traceable management from aspects such as sampling,sample preparation and testing in the coal test process,the blind sample management,automatic results calculation,automatic report generation in coal testing process could be realized,therefore,the refined management level could be improved,the human interference could be reduced,the timely,accurate and reliable coal data support could be provided for enterprises.
