8102综采工作面安全过断层技术应用

摘    要:8102综采工作面过F5断层期间出现顶板破碎、煤壁片帮现象,导致工作面回采效率低,威胁施工安全。北辛窑矿通过技术研究,决定对工作面回采方法进行合理调整,并对断层应力破坏区及煤壁片帮处采取"注浆+施工锚棚假顶"等联合控制措施,保证了工作面安全高效过断层,取得了显著应用成效。

Abstract:During the period of 8102 fully mechanized coal face passing through F5 fault,the roof is broken and the coal wall is sliced,which leads to low mining efficiency and threatens the construction safety.Through technical research in Beixinyao Mine,it is decided to reasonably adjust the mining method of the working face,and take joint control measures such as"grouting+construction anchor shed false roof"for the fault stress damage area and the coal wall side,which ensures the working face to pass through the fault safely and efficiently,and has achieved remarkable application results.
