弛张筛在选煤厂改扩建系统中的优化和应用

摘    要:为了进一步解决老旧选煤厂扩能改造工程成本较高的问题,对弛张筛的双振动结构以及全聚氨酯筛板的材料特性进行研究。根据其特有的筛分效果,结合动力煤选煤工艺的优化设计,通过王村选煤厂改扩建系统中弛张筛的应用,提高了一定的精煤产率,对于细粒含量大且灰分低的动力煤选煤厂系统改造有较好的应用效果。

Abstract:In order to further solve the problem of high cost in the expansion and reconstruction project of the old coal preparation plant,the double vibration structure of the relaxation screen and the material characteristics of the whole polyurethane screen were studied.According to its unique screening effect,combined with the optimized design of thermal coal preparation process,through the application of relaxation screen in the reconstruction and extension system of Wangcun Coal Preparation Plant,the yield of clean coal is improved,and the system transformation of thermal coal preparation plant with large fine grain content and low ash content has a better application effect.
