淮南矿区煤中氟元素的赋存形态研究

摘    要:为了探究淮南煤中氟元素的赋存形态以期为实际生产中煤炭洗选提供理论基础,采用高温燃烧水解-氟离子选择电极法对淮南地区9个矿区18个煤样进行煤中氟元素含量测定。通过数据统计软件SPSS 24.0对煤中氟元素与常量元素、灰分进行相关性分析和聚类分析,认为氟与灰分具有很好的相关性,且呈线性关系;借助X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析代表性煤样中氟元素的赋存形态,通过分析谱图可得出淮南矿区煤中氟元素以85%左右的无机氟为主,氟元素以钠的铝盐、碱金属硅盐等形式存在,同时还有约15%的有机氟存在,即淮南矿区煤中氟元素主要赋存于硅铝酸盐等无机矿物中。

Abstract:In order to explore the occurrence of fluorine in Huainan coal,and provide a theoretical basis for the washing of coal in actual production,this paper used high temperature combustion hydrolysis-fluoride ion selective electrode method to determine the fluorine in coal for 18 coal samples from 9 mining areas in Huainan area.Through statistical software SPSS 24.0,correlation analysis and cluster analysis for fluorine in the coal and constant elements,ash were done,it is considered that the fluorine and ash have a good correlation,a linear relationship is presented as well;by X-ray photoelectron energy spectral(XPS)analysis,the occurrence of fluorine in representative coal samples was analyzed,it can be drawn from the analysis of the spectrum that the fluorine in the coal of Huainan mining area is mainly the inorganic fluorine(inorganic fluorine accounts for about 85%),the fluorine element mainly exists as forms of sodium aluminum salt and alkali silicic acid,and about 15%of organic fluorine exists,it is concluded that the fluorine in coal in Huainan mining area mainly exists in inorganic mineral such as aluminosilicate.
