马脊梁矿巷道支护优化方法研究与实践

摘    要:同煤集团马脊梁煤矿的巷道锚杆支护设计一般采用工程类比法,设计思路保守,既不能保证有效的支护强度,又影响掘进支护的效率。为了加强支护效果,根据马脊梁矿的地质条件和矿压特点,提出了优化方案,用数值模拟的方法进行了理论验证。实践证明该方案能够降低围岩变形程度,提高稳定性。

Abstract:The design of roadway bolt support in Majiliang Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group generally adopts the engineering analogy method.The design idea is conservative,which can not guarantee the effective support strength,but also affect the efficiency of driving support.In order to strengthen the effect of support,according to the geological conditions and the characteristics of ore pressure in Majiliang Mine,the optimization scheme is put forward and verified by numerical simulation.The practice shows that the scheme can reduce the deformation degree of surrounding rock and improve the stability.
