放顶煤工作面的沿顶垂直空巷充填工艺

针对放顶煤工作面过沿顶垂直空巷存在的支架不接顶、容易冒顶的问题,对空巷顶部进行充填,使支架能够充分接顶。设计了顶部充填方案,介绍了高水充填材料和顶部膨胀接顶方式。实施结果表明:充填体膨胀接顶良好,支架通过时充分接顶,后方顶板正常垮落,工作面顺利通过。

Filling Technology of Vertical Gob along Top in Caving Face

In view of the problem that the support is not connected to the top and easy to fall down in the vertical gob along the top of the caving face,the top of the gob is filled so that the support can be fully connected to the top.The top filling scheme is designed,and the high water filling material and the top expansion method are introduced.The results show that the expansion of the filling body is good,the support is fully connected when passing through,the rear roof falls normally and the working face passes through smoothly.
