复采煤层L型工作面末采煤柱留设及加固技术研究

摘    要:以2-106B复采工作面为研究对象,对复采工作面末采阶段合理煤柱宽度及巷道支护技术展开研究,对2-106A2巷补强采用锚索+单体液压支柱支护,两根锚索+工字钢梁悬吊5架工字钢梯形棚。结果表明:2-106B工作面停采保护煤柱采取加固措施后留设宽度可取20m,在满足工作面安全回采的同时,多回采60m煤柱,技术及经济效益明显。

Abstract:This paper takes 2-106B recovery face as the research object,studies the reasonable coal pillar width and the roadway support technology in the final mining stage of the recovery face,and adopts the anchor cable+single hydraulic support for the reinforcement of the 2-106A2 roadway,and two anchor cables+I-shaped steel beams hang five I-shaped steel ladder sheds.The results show that it is advisable to keep a width of 20 m after strengthening the coal pillar in the 2-106B face.While meeting the safety of working face mining,more than 60 m coal pillars are mined,with obvious technical and economic benefits.
