贵州省大方县渣萍煤矿煤质特性分析

对矿区煤炭资源储量的统计以及对其煤制特性的评价,可为矿区煤炭的后续加工与利用提供科学依据和数据支撑。通过对渣萍煤矿勘探工作取得的现场数据、采样后的室内检测数据以及搜集邻矿区可采用资料的基础上进行数据整合、梳理、分析,系统阐述了主要可采煤层的煤质特性及其变化规律,并对煤种进行分类以及提出工业用途。结合矿区概况、煤岩类型分析可知:渣坪煤矿位于大方县北东方向,面积6.657 km2,勘查范围内查明矿区内总资源量为2019万t,主要可采煤层为16号和34号;矿区煤属于中灰、低-高硫、中高发热量、特低挥发分、高热稳定性、较低软化温度灰、弱还原性、中等可磨、弱结渣性、中等可选煤等,煤类大部分为无烟煤三号。矿区内可采煤层可用于动力用煤、民用煤、火力发电、冶金喷吹燃料等。

Analysis of coal quality characteristics of Zhaping coal mine in Dafang county of Guizhou province

The statistics of coal resource reserves in the mining area and the evaluation of its coal characteristics can provide scientific basis and data supports for the subsequent processing and utilization of coal in the mining area.Based on the on-site data obtained from the exploration work of Zhaping coal mine,the indoor detection data after sampling,and the data from neighbor mining area that can be used,the data integration,sorting,and analysis were done,the coal quality characteristics and changing law of main workable were systematically demonstrated,the classification of coal type was done,and the industrial path was proposed.Combined with the overview of the mining area,the type of coal rock,it can be seen that the Zhaping coal mine is located in the northeast direction of Dafang county,with an area of 6.657 km2,the total resources in the mining area are 2019 ten thousands tonne,the main recoverable coal seams are No.16 and No.34;coal in the mining area belongs to medium ash,low-high sulfur,medium high calorific value,extra-low volatile matter,high thermal stability,lower softening temperature ash,weaken reduction,moderate grindability,weak slagging,medium selectable coal.Most of the coal is anthracite No.3.The mineable coal seam can be used for power coal,civil coal,thermal power generation,metallurgical injection fuel.
