瓦斯抽放钻孔涌水综合治理技术实践

摘    要:针对高河矿W4307回风顺槽132-1#瓦斯抽放钻孔在施工过程中出水的问题,分析出水原因,在不起拔钻孔钻杆的情况下,对瓦斯抽放钻孔进行扩孔、安装套管、注浆固管及安装阀门控制放水,保证了孔口管的固结效果。试验表明:在放水过程中钻孔没有出现破坏,孔口管壁没有出现渗水和涌水现象,瓦斯抽放钻孔涌水治理效果良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of water discharging from the 132-1 gas drainage borehole in the W4307 return-air roadway of Gaohe Coal Mine during construction,the causes of water discharging are analyzed.In the case of not pulling out the drill pipe,the gas drainage borehole is enlarged,the casing is installed,the grouting pipe is fixed and the valve is installed to control the water discharging,so as to ensure the consolidation effect of the ori fice pipe.The test results show that the borehole is not damaged in the process of drainage,and there is no seepage and water gushing on the borehole wall.The gas drainage borehole has a good control effect.
