浅谈事故救援现场指挥员应激反应与改善方法

本文通过对矿山救援人员出现的紧张心理、恐惧心理、自私心理和烦躁心理等心理应激分析,探讨了矿山救护队中队长、小队长等救护指挥员的一些不良心理倾向,提出了在事故救援时现场指挥员应具备的心理素质和改善不良心理的方法。

A Brief Talk on the Stress Response and Improvement Method of the Scene Commander of the Accident Rescue

Based on the psychological stress analysis of mine rescue workers,such as nervousness,fear,selfishness and irritability,this paper discusses some bad psychological tendencies of rescue commanders,such as mine rescue teams,small captains and so on,and puts forward the psychological quality that field commanders should have and the methods of improving bad psychology in accident rescue.
