摘    要:针对北四盘区辅运延伸巷爆破掘进施工时矸石运输效率低、支护施工难度大、巷道掘进速度慢等技术难题,分析原施工工艺存在的主要问题并进行优化,提出了导硐分层爆破施工工艺。优化施工工艺后,巷道掘进速度提高至4.1m/d,缩短了巷道支护时间,保证了巷道掘进安全,取得了显著成效。

Abstract:In view of the technical problems such as the low efficiency of gangue transportation,the difficulty of supporting construction and the slow speed of tunnel excavation during the blasting driving construction of the auxiliary transportation extension tunnel in the North Fourth panel,the main problems existing in the original construction technology are analyzed and optimized,and the layered blasting construction technology of the pilot tunnel is put forward.After optimizing the construction technology,the tunneling speed of the tunnel is increased to 4.1m/d,the supporting time of the tunnel is shortened,the safety of the tunnel excavation is guaranteed,and remarkable results are achieved.
