摘    要:提升机滚筒主轴检修过程中,由于组装"龙门架"困难,起吊滚筒时又容易造成主轴位移,引起偏摆,导致联轴器螺栓剪切变形。针对此问题,结合提升机滚筒结构,重新设计托架结构,提升检修安全系数。

Abstract:During the maintenance of the main shaft of the hoist drum,due to the difficulty of assembling the"gantry",when lifting the drum,it is easy to cause the displacement of the main shaft,resulting in the deflection,resulting in the shear deformation of the coupling bolt.In view of this problem,combined with the hoist drum structure,the bracket structure is redesigned to improve the maintenance safety factor.
