| Abstract: | Carrying out ideological education activities in enterprises can help employees set up correct outlook on life and values,which is of great significance to strengthen the construction of staff style and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.This paper introduces the existing problems and measures of ideological education in Gaoshan coal mine,and provides some reference for further carrying out ideological education activities for employees. |
