软岩煤层应力区巷道围岩控制措施

摘    要:针对东翼胶带大巷在过断层应力区时出现顶板下沉、两帮移近量大、底板鼓起等现象,提出了“L型钢带+桁架锚索+矩形钢棚”联合支护顶板方案,对巷帮提出了迈步式JW型钢带支护方案。采取联合控制措施后,顶板最大下沉量控制在0.14m以下,两帮移近量控制在0.32m以下,未出现大面积底鼓现象。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon of roof sinking,large amount of two sides moving and floor bulging when passing through the fault stress area in the east wing belt main roadway,this paper puts forward the joint support roof scheme of"L-shaped steel belt+truss anchor cable+rectangular steel shed",and puts forward the step JW type steel belt support scheme for the roadway side.After the joint control measures are taken,the maximum subsidence of roof is controlled below 0.14m,and the approach of two sides is controlled below 0.32m,without large area floor heave.
