切顶卸压自动成巷支护工艺实践探析

摘    要:针对霍煤方山木瓜煤矿10-102工作面在进行切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺后复合顶板松软破碎严重,垮落岩石形成支护结构难以对上覆煤岩体进行有效承载的现象,提出在工作面顶板破碎区域实施巷旁和巷内加强支护、注浆锚杆围岩控制技术手段。实践表明,在10-102工作面联合支护区域围岩稳定,没有出现大面积垮落、片帮的现象。

Abstract:In view of the fact that the compound roof of 10-102 working face in Fangshan Mugua Coal Mine is soft and broken seriously after the process of cutting the roof and releasing the pressure and keeping the roadway along the goaf,and it is difficult for the support structure formed by the collapsed rock to carry out the effective bearing of the overlying coal rock mass,this paper puts forward the technical means of strengthening the support beside the roadway and in the roadway and controlling the surrounding rock by grouting anchor bolts in the broken roof area of the working face.The practice shows that the surrounding rock in the combined support area of 10-102 working face is stable and there is no large area collapse and spalling phenomenon.
