郭庄煤业JKMD3.25×4(Ⅲ)E型提升机摩擦轮结构的优化改造

摘    要:郭庄煤业JKMD3.25×4(III)E型提升机摩擦轮采用的环结构焊接在提升滚筒的内部,但由于内部空间狭窄,在日常使用中无法进去进行检修,无法及时发现问题,针对以上问题本文提出了一种新的楔形压块连接结构而且将支环改为一体式连接。实际应用表明优化后不仅降低了整体结构重量,而且极大地提高了摩擦轮的结构强度。

Abstract:The ring structure of JKMD3.25×4(Ⅲ)E type hoist friction wheel in Guozhuang Coal Industry is welded in the inner part of the hoist drum,but due to the narrow inner space,it is impossible to go in for maintenance in daily use,and problems cannot be found in time.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a new wedge-shaped block connection structure and changes the support ring into an integrated connection.The practical application shows that the optimized structure not only reduces the weight of the whole structure,but also greatly improves the structural strength of the friction wheel.
