大采高工作面防片帮机理及深孔注浆加固研究

摘    要:以赵庄1307工作面为工程背景,通过注水探测以及测窗法分析工作面前方裂隙发育情况,并根据深孔注浆加固工艺设计相应的施工方案,最后通过钻孔窥视考察注浆效果。结果表明,1307工作面裂隙发育区域在20m左右裂隙发育速率最快,以纵向发育的裂纹为主;不同深度钻孔位置煤体注浆后完整,浆液与煤体结合紧密,注浆加固效果良好。

Abstract:Taking Zhaozhuang the 1307 working face as the engineering background,the development of the square fissure in front of the work is analyzed by water injection detection and window measurement method,and the corresponding construction scheme is designed according to the deep hole grouting reinforcement technology.Finally,the grouting effect is investigated by drilling peep.According to the results,the crack development rate in the crack development area of the 1307 working face is the fastest around 20 m,with the longitudinal crack as the main crack,and the coal body is complete after grouting in different depth drilling position,the slurry and coal body are closely combined,and the grouting reinforcement effect is good.
