深井高压电缆接头绝缘防水装置的设计

摘    要:云冈矿基于以往高压电缆接头主要是采用热缩、冷缩及防爆连接,遇到井下出水会导致停止供电,给抢修、排水、逃生带来不利的问题,设计了深井高压电缆接头绝缘防水装置,分析了电缆接头绝缘防水装置的结构和工艺流程。实践应用效果良好,解决了大采深矿井高压电缆接头在高水压下绝缘防水问题。

Abstract:In Yungang Mine,based on the former high-voltage cable joints mainly used heat shrink,cold shrink and explosion-proof connection,the underground water will lead to the stop of power supply,and bring adverse problems to emergency repair,drainage and escape,the insulation and water-proof device of deep well high-voltage cable joint is designed,and the structure and process flow of the insulation and water-proof device of cable joint are analyzed.The practical application effect is good,and the problem of insulation and waterproof of high-voltage cable joint under high water pressure is solved.
