正帮煤业辅运大巷围岩失稳破坏规律及控制技术研究

摘    要:为解决正帮煤业11#煤层东西辅运大巷掘进初期围岩位移严重的问题,通过现场围岩表面位移、锚杆受力监测及理论分析,提出锚网索喷+反底拱锚注联合支护技术。采用优化支护方案的东西辅运大巷成巷10d后围岩表面位移速度趋近于0,顶底板累计变形量最大约为75mm,两帮累计移近量约为42mm,成功解决了其围岩失稳变形的问题。

Abstract:The displacement of surrounding rock was serious in the early stage of tunneling in the east-west auxiliary transport roadway of No.11 coal seam in Zhengbang Coal Industry.In order to solve the problem,the combined supporting technology of anchor net spraying and anti-bottom arch bolting was proposed based on the theoretical analysis of surrounding rock displacement and the stress monitoring of anchor bolt.By applying the optimized support scheme,the displacement velocity of the surrounding rock surface in the east-west auxiliary roadway was close to zero ten days later.The maximum cumulative deformation of the roof-to-floor was about 75mm,and the cumulative displacement of the two sides was about 42mm.The displacement of surrounding rock is very small,which successfully controls the instability and the deformation of surrounding rock.
