煤岩互层顶板掘进巷道支护参数优化设计

摘    要:为了保证小峪煤矿2104巷道的安全掘进,通过对原支护参数下巷道内矿压监测数据分析及数值模拟分析,对原支护参数进行优化,最终确定了仅改变原支护参数中锚索及帮锚杆的部分参数并采用锚杆+锚索+W钢带的支护形式。现场应用发现,顶板离层量仅为12mm,较原支护参数下的顶板离层量下降约52%,能够保证该巷道安全掘进。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe driving of the 2104 roadway in Xiaoyu Coal Mine,through the analysis of the monitoring data and numerical simulation of the mine pressure in the roadway under the original supporting parameters,the original supporting parameters are optimized,and finally the supporting form of anchor+anchor+W steel strip is determined,which only changes part of the parameters of anchor cable and side anchor in the original supporting parameters.Field application shows that the amount of roof separation is only 12mm,which is about 52%lower than that under the original support parameters,which can ensure the safe driving of the roadway.
