王村煤业8106工作面瓦斯综合治理技术

摘    要:为保证安全开采高瓦斯工作面,在分析王村煤业8106工作面地质及瓦斯来源的基础上,针对割煤过程本煤层瓦斯涌出量及本工作面采空区瓦斯涌出,采用专用回风巷,形成“U+I”型风排瓦斯法治理上隅角瓦斯。利用瓦斯抽放泵抽排邻近8108采空区气体,回采期间工作面抽采瓦斯7634m3/d,实现了工作面安全回采。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe mining of high gas working face,based on the analysis of the geology and gas source of 8106 working face of Wangcun Coal Industry,in view of the gas emission of the coal seam in the process of coal cutting and the gas emission of the goaf in the working face,a special return air lane is adopted to form the"U+I"type air exhaust gas legal upper corner gas.The gas drainage pump is used to exhaust the gas in the adjacent 8108 goaf.During the mining period,7634m3/d gas is extracted in the working face,which realizes the safe mining in the working face.
