大断面弱胶结软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:为解决晋华宫煤矿2103大断面弱胶结软岩回采巷道的支护难题,在综合分析2103巷围岩地质条件基础上,通过理论计算,提出了“高强度锚杆+锚索+钢筋网”支护方案及支护参数,借助FLAC3D数值模拟软件,通过数值模拟对支护方案及参数进行验证。现场实际应用表明,其支护方案及参数合理,满足安全生产的需要。

Abstract:In order to solve the supporting problem of the 2103 large-section and weak-cementation soft rock mining roadway in Jinhuagong Coal Mine,the paper proposed a supporting scheme of“high-strength bolt+anchor cable+steel mesh”and its support parameters based on the comprehensive analysis of the surrounding rock geological conditions of the 2103 roadway and theoretical calculation.With the aid of FLAC 3D numerical simulation software,the supporting scheme and parameters are veri fied by numerical simulation.The practical application shows that the supporting scheme and parameters are reasonable and meet the requirements of safety in production.
