软分层水力掏煤泄压增透技术研究

摘    要:为有效解决岳城矿1309底抽巷软煤区钻孔返渣量大、泥浆泵压力增大、现场卡钻、吸钻严重等问题,提出了水力掏煤工艺及配套设备体系。经过现场验证,百孔抽采量提高了113.8%,钻孔平均压力降低了72.6%,单位瓦斯含量降低了43%。说明水力掏煤能够大幅度提高工作面瓦斯抽采效果,降低区域突出危险。

Abstract:In order to effectively solve the problems such as the large amount of slag returned from the borehole,the increasing pressure of the mud pump,the serious sticking and suction in the soft coal area of the 1309 bottom extraction roadway in Yuecheng Coal Mine,the hydraulic coal extraction technology and the supporting equipment system are put forward.Through field verification,the extraction capacity of 100 holes is increased by 113.8%,the average pressure of drilling holes is reduced by 72.6%,and the unit gas content is reduced by 43%.It shows that hydraulic coal cutting can greatly improve the gas drainage effect and reduce the risk of regional outburst.
