矿井采区水平矸石仓的设计及应用

摘    要:针对陈四楼煤矿采区集中轨道下山辅助运输能力有限、矸石运输效率低等问题,设置采区水平矸石仓,将采区下部小型岩巷工程施工期间所产生的矸石经皮带运输系统转载至采区上部集中矸石仓内。结果表明,小型岩巷工程施工期间出矸效率高、单进水平高,采区生产布局及工程安排不受采区辅助提升能力限制。

Abstract:In view of the problems of limited auxiliary transport capacity and low efficiency of gangue transportation,the transcutaneous belt transport system of gangue produced during the construction of the small rock roadway in the lower part of the mining area is reproduced to the gangue bin in the upper part of the mining area.The results show that during the construction of small-scale rock roadway project,the gangue output efficiency is high and the single input level is high,and the production layout and engineering arrangement of the mining area are not limited by the auxiliary lifting capacity of the mining area.
