| 摘 要： | 为了消除大冶钢厂圆坯表面的纵裂纹,从浸入式水口操作、结晶器相关参数以及保护渣等方面进行现场排查,最终通过缩短结晶器铜管长度,均匀热流强度,解决了圆坯纵裂问题。

| Abstract: | In order to eliminate surface longitudinal cracks on round billets at Daye Steel,the opera- tion of submerged entry nozzle,mold parameters and protective slag had been checked out in practice. Finally,the surfuee longitudinal cracks on round billets were eliminated by shortening the length of mold. |
