摘    要:介绍了IEC-F3型电火花试验装置的设计与应用。该装置基于PLC的本安火花试验装置的设计,给出了系统工作原理,系统总体结构,配气系统结构,PLC控制流程以及组态软件界面设计。该装置具有功能齐全、操作简单、测量准确等优点,在电气产品的检验过程中得到了广泛应用。

Design of intrinsically safe spark test device based on PLC
Abstract:This paper introduces the design and application of IEC-F3 spark test device. The de-vice is based on PLC in the intrinsically safe spark test device design. The working principle of the sys-tem, the overall structure of the system, a gas distribution system structure, PLC control process and con-figuration software interface design are introduced in this paper. The device has the advantages of com-plete functions, simple operation, accurate measurement and so on. It has been widely used in the in-spection process of electrical products.
