基于振动法的电力变压器在线监测系统

摘    要:电力系统安全运行是关系国计民生的大事,而电力变压器故障是造成电力安全的重大隐患,因此,研究电力变压器监测系统具有重要意义。基于振动法的变压器在线监测系统,通过测量正在运转的变压器油箱表面的振动信号,采用Hilbert-Huang变换对电力变压器振动信号进行理论分析,获得变压器油箱表面振动信号具有的本质特性,以发现变压器的故障及其损伤程度。该方法能够有效反应变压器运行过程中铁心和绕组的状态,因而具有一定的应用前景。

The power transformer condition monitoring system based on vibration method
Abstract:It is very important for the power transformer’s normal operation, so monitoring the state of a running power transformer at real-time is quite significative. The vibration signals of oil-tank’s surface was obtained by transformer on-line monitoring system based on vibration method. A new method called Hilbert-Huang transform ( HHT) was used to process vibration signals sampling from a power transform, by which it got some vibration signals’ intrinsical characteristics on oil-tank’s surface to find some fault and degree of damage. This method can reflect the states of running power transformer’s windings and cores, so it is a quite useful method on transformer’s in-service monitoring.
