摘 要: | 采用FeCl_3预氧化-Fenton试剂氧化-Ca(OH)2中和技术处理草甘膦废水,研究了FeCl_3投加量、H_2O_2投加量、预氧化-氧化时间及温度、中和p H等因素对草甘膦废水中甲醛、COD去除率的影响。结果表明,预氧化-氧化反应条件对甲醛去除率的影响较大,氧化-中和反应条件对COD去除率的影响较大。在最佳反应条件下,废水中甲醛的去除率可接近100%,COD去除率达到87%,处理出水达到《石油化工水污染物排放标准》(GB 4281—1984)的要求。

Study on the treatment of glyphosate wastewater |

Abstract: | FeCl3 pre-oxidation-Fenton reagent oxidation-Ca(OH)2 neutralization process has been used for treating glyphosate wastewater. The influences of the factors,such as FeCl3 dosage,H2O2 dosage,pre-oxidation,oxidation time and temperature,neutralization pH,etc. on the removing rates of formaldehyde and COD from glyphosate wastewater are studied. The results show that the pre-oxidation-oxidation reaction condition has great influence on the removing rate of formaldehye,while the oxidation-neutralization reaction condition has great influence on the removing rate of COD. Under optimum reactions conditions,the formaldehyde removing rate from wastewater is close to 100%,and COD removing rate reaches 87%. The treated effluent meets the requirements specified in the Petrochemical Water Pollutant Discharge Standards(GB 4281—1984). |
