基于变速恒频风力发电机转子电流控制技术的应用

摘    要:为了有效控制剧烈变化的风速引起的输出功率的波动,在变速恒频风力发电机中,采用RCC控制策略,调节风力发电机转子电流、频率和相位,可迅速改变发电机转差率,从而改变风轮的转速,实现风力发电系统有功功率和无功功率的灵活调节。同时,抑制谐波的干扰,减少损耗,提高风力发电系统的效率,消除由于瞬变风速引起的功率波动。

Application on the control technology of rotor current based on variable-speed constant-frequency wind induction generator
Abstract:In order to effectively control the fluctuation of output power caused by the wind of dramat-ic changes,in variable-speed constant-frequency wind induction generator,magnitude,frequency and phase of rotor current of wind induction generator was adjusted through the control strategy of RCC,and the slip ratio of generator could be quickly changed. The rotate speed of wind turbines was changed con-sequently , and the flexible adjustment of active power and reactive power of wind power generation system was realized. At the same time, harmonic interference was suppressed, the loss was reduced, the effi-ciency of wind power generation system was improved, and power fluctuation caused by transient wind speed was eliminated.
