摘 要: | 在深入分析液力变矩器各外形参数特点的基础上,主要介绍如何应用LabVIEW虚拟开发平台设计液力变矩器外形参数测量系统。通过读取和处理6路外形参数测量数据,可得所有外形参数的公差测量值,由各公差测量值可以判定被测工件外形尺寸是否合格。经过验证,证明了该测量系统设计方案的可行性,以及在工业生产中的实用性。

Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces how to use the LabVIEW virtual development platform to de-sign the measurement system of hydraulic torque converter shape parameters, on the basis of in-depth a-nalysis for each shape parameter’ s characteristics. It can obtain all the tolerance measurement values of the shape parameters through reading and processing the six-way shape parameters measurement data. And whether the external dimensions is qualified can be determined by these tolerance measurement val-ues. It proves the correctness and practicality in industrial production of the measurement system, after verified. |
