摘    要:为解决某工业区高盐工业废水达标排放问题,采用物化(活性污泥吸附、混凝沉淀)-水解酸化-A2/O组合工艺对该废水进行试验研究。结果表明,剩余活性污泥经简单驯化后对高盐废水中铅的吸附去除率可达99%以上;水解酸化段将B/C由进水的0.13提高到0.27;整个处理系统对该废水的处理效果显著,出水COD、TN、NH3-N、TP分别为45、7.3、2.0、0.3 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。

Treatment of industriaI hypersaIine wastewater by combined physicochemicaI-hydroIysis acidification-A 2/O process
Abstract:To make the wastewater containing high salinity in an industrial district reach the set discharge standard , the experimental research on the treatment of this kind of wastewater by the combined physicochemical (activated sludge adsorption and coagulation precipitation)-hydrolysis acidification-A2/O process has been conducted. The re-sults show that after the excess activated sludge has been acclimated simply ,the adsorptive removing rate of lead in hypersaline wastewater can be higher than 99%,and the value of B/C is increased from influent 0.13 to 0.27 in hydro-lysis acidification section. The treatment effect of the whole system on wastewater is significant,the effluent COD,to-tal nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,and phosphorus concentrations are 45,7.3,2.0,0.3 mg/L,respectively. The effluent quality could meet the first level A criteria requirement specified in Pollutants Discharge Standard in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).
