摘 要: | 针对长江大学油水气多相流实验分析系统中空气罐采用传统PID控制器进行加热控制难以准确、直观表现控制系统的状态,调整PID参数困难,控制超调大、不稳定等问题,依据Mamdani模糊算法设计了基于PLC的模糊PID控制器。给出了模糊控制器的结构框图,PLC系统与Simulink仿真软件之间通过Win CC 7.0的OPC服务器进行实时数据交换,实现了控制系统的实时仿真,结果表明,模糊PID控制器相比于传统PID控制器超调有了很大的改善,控制过程也更加稳定、迅速。

Abstract: | The traditional PID controller used on healing control of air tank of experimental analysis system about oil-gas-water multi-phase flow from Yangtze university is inaccurate and unintuitive in showing the status of the control system and difficult to adjust system parameters,always causing big over-shoot and instability to the control process. A fuzzy PID controller based on Mamdani fuzzy algorithm is designed to change these problems. The structure diagram of the controller is given. Real-time data ex-change between PLC and Simulink is done in OPC server of WinCC 7. 0,realizing real-time simulation of the control system. Compared to the traditional PID controller, the simulation result suggest that the fuzzy PID controller do better in controlling the overshoot problem and making the control process more stable and faster. |
