摘 要: | 为准确掌控动力机组运转状况,预防在运转过程中机械故障的发生,利用振动传感器以及无线传输设备作为硬件,以Lab VIEW2014为开发平台设计系统软件。系统能够准确感知机组在运转过程中的异常。使用上述设备可以实现对动力机组在运转中异常的预警。

Abstract: | In order to grasp the work condition of power unit and prevent mechanical failure, this paper used vibration sensor and wireless transmission equipment as hardware, then designed the program with LabVIEW2014 . The system can accurately perceived abnormalities in the process of power unit in operation. Using the above equipment can be implemented in the operation of power units abnormal warning. |
