吸附苯酚活性炭微波辅助溶液再生效果

摘    要:分析了p H对颗粒活性炭(GAC)吸附苯酚性能的影响。实验选择质量分数为1%Na OH溶液,采用微波辅助溶液再生的方法,对吸附苯酚的GAC进行再生研究,探讨实验因素对GAC再生效率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳的再生条件为微波功率520 W、再生时间1.5 min、Na OH再生辅助溶液用量10 m L,此时GAC再生效率为95.6%。在最佳再生条件下,经过6次再生后GAC的吸附能力依然很强。

Microwave-assisted soIution regeneration effect on the activated carbon adsorbed for phenoI
Abstract:The influences of pH on the adsorption capacity of granular activated carbon (GAC) for phenol has been analyzed. In the experiments mass concentration 1% of NaOH solution is chosen ,and the microwave-assisted solution regeneration method is used in the regeneration research on GAC adsorption for phenol. The influences of the experimental factors on the GAC regeneration efficiency are discussed. The experimental results show that when the optimal regeneration conditions are as follows:microwave power is 520 W,regeneration time 1.5 min,and dosage of NaOH regeneration assisted solution 10 mL,the GAC regeneration rate is 95.6%. Under optimal regeneration co-nditions,the GAC adsorption capacity is still very strong,even after 6 times of regeneration.
