摘    要:以增塑剂废水为研究对象,采用"预处理+树脂吸附+硫酸盐还原相UASB+微氧曝气+产甲烷相UASB+生物接触氧化+混凝沉淀"的集成工艺,研究该集成工艺的处理效果。结果表明:树脂吸附系统对COD和邻苯二甲酸的去除率分别为98.65%和96.59%,集成工艺出水COD为62~122 mg/L,NH3-N为5.8~9.6 mg/L,SS为19~45 mg/L,出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。该集成工艺可以有效回收邻苯二甲酸,削减废水中的有机物和氨氮含量。

Integrated process for treating organic wastewater with high saIinity mainIy by resin adsorption
Abstract:The integrated process,pretreatment+resin adsorption+sulfate reducing phase UASB+micro oxygen aera-tion+methanogenic phase UASB+biological contact oxidation+coagulation sedimentation ,has been used for treating plasticizer wastewater. The treatment effects of the integrated process are studies. The results show that the removing rates of COD and phthalic acid by the resin adsorption system are 98.65%and 96.59%respectively. The integrated process effluent COD 62-122 mg/L,NH3-N 5.8-9.6 mg/L,and SS 19-45 mg/L. The water quality of effluent meets the first level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978—1996). The integrated process can effectively recycle phthalic acid and reduce the contents of organics and ammonia nitrogen.
