高浓度有机工业废水补充反硝化碳源的试验研究

摘    要:部分南方城市污水反硝化碳源不足,使得出水很难达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A排放标准的要求。选择聚酯废水、啤酒废水、印染废水3种常见高浓度有机工业废水作为外加碳源,采用SBR反应装置,考察外加碳源对TN、COD_(Cr)去除效果的影响。结果表明,聚酯废水作为外加碳源效果最佳,其反硝化速率最高,在连续投加方式下,聚酯废水的反硝化速率最高达到2.43 mgN]/(gVSS]·h)。

Experimental study of effect of additional carbon source on high concentration organic industrial wastewater treatment
Abstract:The denitrification carbon source of urban sewage from cities in south China is insufficient, which cause the effluent water quality can not satisfied the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant. With three kinds of common high concentration organic industrial wastewater: polyester wastewater, brewery wastewater, and printing and dyeing wastewater, as the additional carbon source, an experiment to investigate the effect of additional carbon source on TN and CODCr removal was carried out using SBR reactor. The results showed that, taking polyester wastewater as the additional carbon source could obtain the optimal wastewater treatment effect represented by the highest deni-trification rate;under a continuous dosing mode, its highest denitrification rate reached 2.43 mgN]/(gVSS]?h).
