摘 要: | 产品的包装容器形状复杂,外观曲面不规则,容积计算较为困难。为了以最少的原材料满足包装容器结构强度、刚度,以及美观、大方的要求,该文以Pro/E软件为平台,饮料包装容器为研究对象,研究了液体包装容器的体积与高度的变化规律,并利用Pro/E行为建模模块中的 "UDA" 分析功能,根据用户的设计意图和设计约束条件,经一系列测试参数迭代运算来获得最佳的设计建议。该方法为容器包装设计人员提供了一个简单、方便的建模方法和结构优化分析手段,解决在容器实际生产中难以用数学公式计算容积的现实问题,缩短设计、制造周期。

Abstract: | Due to complex shape of product packaging container and irregular surfaces of appear-ance, it is difficult to calculate the volume. In order with minimal materials to meet the structural strength, stiffness, as well as beautiful, generous requirements for packaging containers, so the Pro/E behavior modeling technology is used to study the changing rule of the volume and high of complex con-tainers. According to the user’s design intent and restrictions, through a series of test parameters itera-tion, the vessel volume indication method has solved effectively with the UDA. This system provides a simple and convenient modeling and analysis method for the designer. it is helpful to improve the desig-ning and working efficiency and shorten the design and manufacture cycle. the method can be widely ap-plied in complex vessel volume computation and manufacture. |
