摘 要: | 对聚驱采出液黏度上升、稳定性增强导致平台污水处理系统运行效率下降的问题,在实验室内模拟海上平台污水处理流程,建立了污水连续处理模拟装置,系统优化各操作参数,以提高污水处理系统的整体运行效果。实验结果表明,优化后的最佳工艺参数:斜管除油罐斜管倾角为50°,污水停留时间为20~60 min;气浮选器曝气量为5.9 L/min,孔径为30~60μm;过滤器滤料为核桃壳,粒径1.6~2.0 mm,填料高度为石英砂垫层的5倍。

Abstract: | Aiming at the problems that the viscosity of polymer-flooding produced liquid increases,and the stability enhancement leads to the operation efficiency decrease of the platform wastewater treatment system,and,in the laboratory,the offshore wastewater treatment process has been simulated,the simulated equipment for continuous wastewater treatment established,and all of the operation parameters optimized systematically,in order to improve the integrated operation effects of the wastewater treatment system. The experimental results show that after the optimization,the best process parameters are as follows:the inclined tube angle of the inclined tube oil-removing tank is 50°,wastewater residence time 20-60 min,aeration rate of air flotation device 5.9 L/min,and pore size 30-60μm. The filter materials are made of walnut shells,particle diameter 1.6-2.0 mm,and the height of filter materials is 5 times of quartz sand thickness. |
