摘    要:旁滤系统在循环水场运行过程中至关重要,其运行目的是降低循环冷却水中的浊度,有效控制微生物生长。燕化公司水气中心六供水车间原有旁滤系统为重力式无阀滤池,存在反洗自耗水量大、故障率高等问题,故车间对原有过滤系统进行改造,将一组无阀滤池更换为ASF智能型精密过滤器。改造后的旁滤系统投运后,年节约补水成本约26.22万元,年节约药剂成本约11.20万元,充分达到了改善水质、节水降耗的目的。

Application of precision filter in side-stream filtration system of circulating cooling water field
Abstract:Side-stream filtration system plays a very important role in circulating cooling water field and its operation purpose is to reduce turbidity of circulating cooling water and to effectively control microbial growth. As the original side-stream filtration system in the sixth water supply workshop of Yanhua Company water gas center was gravity valve-less filter which existing many problems such as high back-washing water consumption, high stoppage rate and so on, it was transformed through replacing a group of valve-less filters with ASF intelli-gent precision filter. The operation effect of the modified side-stream filtration system showed that, about 262 200 yuan of supplement water cost and 112 000 yuan of agent cost could be saved each year, which fully achieved the purpose of improving water quality, saving water and reducing consumption.
