摘    要:针对冷轧废水深度处理后进一步回用的需求,采用中试人工湿地系统对二级处理后的冷轧废水进行深度再生处理,降低污染物浓度,使其回用于生产过程。试验结果表明:人工湿地系统对浊度、COD、TP、TN有良好的去除效果,出水满足钢铁企业回用水质要求。重点针对含氮污染物转化规律及去除机理进行分析,为提高人工湿地系统的脱氮效果提供依据。

ExperimentaI research on the advanced treatment of coId roIIing wastewater using horizontaI subsurface fIow constructed wetIand
Abstract:Aiming at the further need for recycling after the advanced treatment of cold rolling wastewater ,pilot tests of the constructed wetland system have been applied to accomplishing the advanced regenerating treatment for the secondarily treated wastewater,and to reducing the concentration of pollutants,so as to make it be reused in produc-tion processes. The experimental results indicate that constructed wetland has significant removing effects on turbi-dity,COD,TP,TN,and the effluent can meet the requirements for recycle water quality in iron&steel works. The transformation rule of nitrogen-containing pollutants and mechanisms of removal are analyzed emphatically providing basis for improving the denitrification effect of constructed wetland systems.
