摘    要:低压注塑机注射装置用于将塑化态的热熔胶注射至模腔内,其温度控制的稳定性和快速性关系到注塑制品质量。为研究该装置温度特性,提出了一种注射装置温控系统的近似模型,并采用自组织、自学习和自适应的径向基函数神经网络与PID控制相结合的控制策略。在该控制策略中,利用RBF神经网络提供的Jacobian矩阵信息实时调整PID控制参数。经仿真和测试证明该方法具有响应速度快、稳定性好的特点。

Intelligent temperature control research of injection device in low pressure injection molding machine
Abstract:Injection device in low pressure injection molding machine is used to injecting hot melt adhesive melt into the mold cavity. The stability and rapidity of the temperature control is related to quali-ty of injection products. For studying the character of the device,an approximate model of temperature in injection device is proposed. There is a kind of intelligent PID controller based on RBF neural network with adaptive ability, self-learning and self-organization. In this control method, Jacobian matrix of feedback system by the RBF neural network is used to adjusting the parameters of PID controller. Simula-tion and test show that the method has the features of fast response and good stabilization.
