| Abstract: | The classification, absorbing properties and mechanism of some absorbents in Radar Absorbing Materials (RAM) are reviewed, while the absorbents are studied through a discussion of five parameters of these absorbents and their properties are evaluated. In this paper,some of the recent advances in the synthesis of general absorbents are reviewed. Future directions are forecast and some major challenges are also discussed. |
