摘    要:X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)是应用比较早且至今仍在广泛应用的一种元素分析技术。因其具有分析速度快、精度高、灵敏度高、重现性好、分析元素范围广等优点,广泛的应用于矿石样品的成分分析。本文对X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)进行了概述,并对其在几种常见矿石样品分析中的应用进行了综述。

Abstract:X - ray fluorescence spectrometry was an elemental analysis technique applied earlier and still widely used now. It was widely used in composition analysis of ore samples because of its high analysis speed, high precision, high sensitivity, good repeatability, elements of a wide range and other advantages. The X - ray fluorescence spectrometry was simply introduced and the application of several common ore samples analysis was reviewed.
