对高职院校开设《农药残留检验技术》课程的思考

农药残留不仅关乎到农产品的质量安全,也关乎到我国农产品的出口贸易,所以在高等院校相关专业开设《农药残留检验技术》课程十分必要。然而,《农药残留检验技术》课程的开设也面临着困境:一、相关标准、前处理方法及检测手段更新速度快;二、教材数量少,版本偏旧;三、检测仪器设备价格高,数量相对不足。

The Thinking about Pesticide Residue Detection Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

Pesticide residue not only concerned about the quality and safety of the agricultural products, but also in- fluenced the export trade of agricultural product, therefore the course of Pesticide Residue Detection was very important. However, there were some difficulties in this course, such as the standards and the pretreatment methods developed fast, the textbooks about pesticide residue detection were few and old, the price of the instruments and equipments were high, and the amount of the instruments and equipments were limited.
