摘    要:离子交换分离技术是一种高效的化工分离技术,因其具有优异的分离选择性和操作方便等特点,广泛应用于水处理、湿法冶金、生化提取等行业。本文通过离子交换法提纯生育酚的实验教学实践,探讨了离子交换法提纯生育酚实验教学内容的设置,实验中通过柱层析技术、薄层色谱技术和高效液相色谱分析技术地综合运用,强化了学生的应用能力。

Abstract:Ion exchange separation technology was an efficient separation technology, because of its excellent separa- tion selectivity and convenient operation, which was widely applied in water treatment, hydrometallurgy, and biochemical extraction. The experiment teaching of purification of tocopherols by ion exchange technology was introduced, and how to set up teaching content of ion exchange technology was explored. Through the integrated use of column chromatography technology, thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatograph technology in the experiment, students'application abilities were strengthened.
