纳米TiO2预富集技术在环境样品砷、汞检测中的应用

摘    要:环境样品中的砷、汞含量很低,并且组分复杂,因此环境样品前处理在分析检测中尤为重要。而纳米TiO2分离预富集在环境样品的预处理方法中相对较少报道。作为一种样品预处理技术,在环境样品的砷、汞检测中起着至关重要的作用。文章简述了几种常用的样品富集预处理技术:固相萃取富集、液液萃取富集、共沉淀富集、电化学富集;重点介绍了纳米TiO2分离预富集技术,并结合氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法在检测环境样品中砷、汞的应用进行了综述。最后,对纳米TiO2分离富集的预处理技术在环保以及其他分析领域的发展前景予以了展望。

Abstract:The content of arsenic and mercury in environmental samples was very low, and their components were complex. Preparation methods were especially important in the analysis and detection of environmental samples, but nano -Ti02 separation and pre - concentration in the environmental samples pretreatment methods was comparatively few reports. As a new sample pretreatment method, it played a critical role in the detection of arsenic and mercury in environmental samples. The enrichment of several common sample pretreatment technology were resumed such as solid phase extraction and enrichment, liquid - liquid extraction and enrichment, total precipitation and enrichment, and electrochemical enrichment. Combined with HG - AFS applied to detect arsenic and mercury in environmental samples, nano - Ti02 separation and pre - concentration technology was particularly introduced. Finally, the prospect of the de- velopment of the nano - TiO2 separation and enrichment of processing method in the environmental protection and other analysis field was prospected.
