摘    要:根据GB/T 5009.17-2003的原理,全面考察原子荧光光度法测定牡蛎粉中总汞含量分析过程中的不确定度来源,计算检测过程中引入的各个不确定度分量,并进行合成计算扩展不确定度,以评定结果的不确定值。该方法对原子荧光光度法、原子吸收光谱法等测量结果的不确定评定具有参考作用,对提高检测准确度具有参考意义。

Abstract:According to the method of GB/T 5009. 17 -2003, various sources of uncertainty from the determination procedure of total mercury in Oyster powder by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer (AFS) were assessed. The calculation formula was deduced and then each component's uncertainty was calculated through analyzing the various variables among the procedures. The combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. The influence of the identified uncertainty of the analytical result was evaluated, and references for the reliability and consistency of the testing data in the laboratory were made.
