高职院校《食品生物化学》课程改革初探

摘    要:针对当前高职院校食品生物化学课程教学中存在的缺点与不足,探讨了高职院校食品生物化学的课程设计思路、教学内容选取、考核方法改革、现代化教学手段的利用等内容,期望该教研改革能有效地促进学生对食品生物化学知识的理解和掌握,以适应对食品类专业人才的培养需求。

Abstract:In connection with the shortcomings of the existing teaching in Food Biochemistry, the reforms of design i- deas, teaching content selection, examination methods and the use of modem teaching means of this course were explored, expecting this research reform can effectively promote the understanding and knowledge of food biochemistry, in order to a- dapt the demand of cultivating professional talents of food.
