摘    要:在钙镁磷肥的生产过程中,倍半氧化物是有害杂质,会降低生产能力和磷的回收率,容易造成管道的堵塞。为了有效地降低磷矿石中倍半氧化物含量,来降低后续加工的处理难度,高效地回收磷资源,对贵州瓮福磷矿石进行了试验研究:采用阶段磨阶段选的双反浮选方法,获得在磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占70%时,磷精矿中P2O5的品位为29.02%,R2O3的品位为4.34%,P2O5的回收率为81.79%的指标。

Abstract:In the production of calcium-magnesium phosphate fertilizer,sesquioxide was harmful,which can reduce output and recovery of phosphate to and causce piping stopping.In order to reduce sesquioxide of phosphate and the difficulty of handling of the subsequent processing to recycle phosphorous rescources efficient,phosphate in the Wengfu of Guizhou was researched.Adopt to double-reverse flotation of moment grinding and selection,the grade of P2O5 was 29.02%,and R2O3 was 4.34%,and the recorery of P2O5 was 81.79% when the grinding fineness was 70%(-0.075 mm).
