| 摘 要： | 通过对永坪炼油厂原油供给波动较大,原油重质化、劣质化趋势等影响装置平稳运行的原因进行系统分析和探讨,并结合生产实际,从工艺技术改造、操作参数调整、原料均质化处理、生产运行方案优化等方面进行了详细阐述。其中提出了一些有实际价值的技术思想和具体的技术措施,对同行业内同类问题的处理,有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | The factors of larger supply fluctuation and heavy and poor qualitative of crude oil of Yongping Oil Refin- ery offecting device running smoothly were analyzed and discussed. Combined with the actual production, the technologi- cal transformation, operation parameter adjustment, raw material homogenizing, operation optimization and other aspects were elaborated in detail. Some valuable technical ideas and specific measures were proposed, which had a certain refer- ence value for the similar problems in the same industry. |
